It has been such a treat getting to know you all through the images you shared!  Your photos and comments moved us so much.  There were so many great shots, it was hard to pick just 15 finalists. Thank you for all your entries. There are many more fun competitions and giveaways to come, so if you missed out this time, stay tuned for more.  The point is to get you all shooting and learning and with such busy lives, just entering is a win in itself.  We love putting names to faces.

#13 captivates me. I also love #1. But I think the expression on the little boys face in #13 has won me over. He is a doll and should be a model. Gorgeous little boy!

Thanks for the behind the scenes on how some of the photos were taken. It’s always interesting to me to see how other people do things. I keep thinking about getting a remote. My camera doesn’t have the interval timer, that I know of. It’s a Nikon D90. That’s a great feature. I can set how many pictures I want it to take, but it is one right after the other. Here’s a question. Say you are taking a photo of yourself, by yourself with a tripod. How do you focus? Does the remote focus or just shoot?
